Aline's philosophy
Originally from Belgium, I am fluent in English, French and Haitian Creole. I grew up in Europe and the Caribbean. Over the past 10 years, I have been moving between Colorado, Belgium and Florida. Being a travel agent all this time and having experienced a large number of personal real estate transactions, I felt it was time to make a career transition from the travel industry to Real Estate in order to make things complete. I utilize the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to exceed your expectations. More importantly, I listen. I thrive on exceeding expectations for my clients. I know how important it is to understand the differing needs of each seller and buyer. I make sure the full home sale process, whether for a buyer or seller, runs smoothly. I am a licensed broker associate in both Colorado and Florida and I currently reside in Briargate with my husband and two daughters.
